Maxi Tip 1 Scraper Blade

MAXI-TIP 1 is manufactured from a premium compound of abrasion resistant TPU resins. Specially selected for stability and toughness, life spans of 4-6 times that of similar plastic scrapers have been reported. The designed flexing action of the MAXI-TIP provides SUPERIOR cleaning and plowing performance, allowing belt lacing to pass under the scraper. This substantially increases both belt and lace life! Moderate flexibility also allows easy assembly on trough angles, V-plows, and “arc” mounts. Suitable for use in many FDA/USDA/DAIRY applications.
